We deliver on a set monthly schedule based on your service plan. You’ll never have to remember to refill—we handle it for you.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as we have access to your designated drop-off or your water softener system (for full service), you don’t need to be home.
What if I need more salt?
No problem. You can request extra salt at any time—we’ll add it to your next scheduled delivery.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your service anytime.
